1. Scope
This policy describes how CatsStartingWars LLC (“CatsStartingWars,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the current version of the DilloDash mobile game and through the DilloDash contact and support pages on catsstartingwars.com.
It does not describe features that are only planned. If advertising, analytics, in-app products, CatsStartingWars accounts, cloud saves, multiplayer, or another networked feature is added, this policy and the applicable store privacy disclosures must be reviewed before that version is released.
2. Current app behavior
DilloDash does not currently include a functional advertising SDK, request access to an advertising identifier, offer a CatsStartingWars account, provide chat or user uploads, or send game information to a CatsStartingWars-operated game server.
DilloDash does not currently use a custom analytics service, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Sentry, GameAnalytics, or a custom remote crash uploader. The game does use Apple and Google platform services, described below, and those services can process information off the device.
DilloDash does not currently offer an in-app product or purchase flow. Google Play Billing and Apple StoreKit support are present as platform infrastructure, but no DilloDash product, entitlement, or ad-removal purchase is currently available.
The effective Android application does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, photos, media library, precise device location, approximate device location, or notifications. The iOS application does not include privacy usage descriptions requesting those resources and does not request App Tracking Transparency authorization.
3. Information stored locally on the device
DilloDash uses Unreal Engine SaveGame storage to keep game state and preferences on the device. Depending on play, this can include:
- level and practice progress;
- coins, scores, and checkpoint history;
- bounded checkpoint-recovery information;
- owned and equipped skins, accessories, hats, and hang-glider state; and
- music, sound-effect, and interface-audio preferences.
DilloDash does not upload this SaveGame information to CatsStartingWars, Google cloud saves, Apple iCloud, or another cloud-save service.
Clearing the app’s storage removes the local copy. Uninstalling normally removes app-specific local data, but an operating-system backup may restore eligible information after reinstall. DilloDash does not currently contain an in-game cloud-save or account-deletion feature.
4. Apple and Google platform services
Google Play Games Services
The Android build includes Google Play Games Services and initializes it when the application starts. If a player has a Play Games profile and has enabled automatic sign-in, Google may automatically sign the player into Play Games for DilloDash.
Google states that Play Games Services automatically processes gamer identity, analytics, and diagnostics, and may process device identifiers and an approximate region derived from an internet address. Gamer identity can include a Play Games player identifier, gamertag, and avatar. DilloDash does not currently call its available profile, achievement, leaderboard, or saved-game functions from game logic.

Google Play Billing, asset delivery, and licensing
The Android build initializes Google Play Billing infrastructure even though DilloDash currently has no product for sale. Google may process technical and service-operation information when providing that infrastructure.
Google Play Asset Delivery provides game files. Google Play licensing and expansion-file support may process technical identifiers when needed to verify a license or recover missing game files. These services communicate with Google Play, not a CatsStartingWars download server.
Apple Game Center, StoreKit, and app services
The iOS build has Game Center support enabled and includes GameKit and StoreKit. DilloDash does not currently use these services to sign in, submit achievements or scores, use multiplayer, or make a purchase. When a user is signed into Game Center and plays a Game Center-enabled game, Apple states that it processes information about the games played and gameplay activity. See Game Center & Privacy.
5. Voluntarily submitted support and contact information
If you use the website contact form, you choose to provide your name, email address, subject, and message, including any device, operating-system, issue, or other details you place in that message. The form also contains an empty anti-spam field. CatsStartingWars uses Netlify Forms as a service provider to process the submitted fields so we can receive and respond to the message. Netlify may retain the submission in its forms interface and, when notifications are configured, deliver a copy through an email notification. Netlify may also automatically process basic technical information associated with a submission, which may include the sender’s IP address, browser or user-agent information, and referring page. Netlify may use this information to operate, secure, and deliver the form service and to filter submissions for spam or abuse.
If you contact us by email, your email provider and our email provider process the message and related delivery information. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, signing credentials, or other sensitive information through the form or email.
The website stores only a light- or dark-theme preference in your browser’s local storage. The website does not include analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, embedded social media, or nonessential cookies. Netlify Forms processes contact information only if you submit the form.
6. How information is used and shared
CatsStartingWars uses voluntarily submitted contact information to read the request, provide support, or respond to a general or business inquiry.
Game-related platform information is processed by Apple or Google to provide their game, store, asset-delivery, licensing, fraud-prevention, analytics, or diagnostic services. Contact-form information is processed by Netlify as a service provider. DilloDash does not currently include an advertising network or a CatsStartingWars analytics provider.
7. Retention and deletion
Local SaveGame information remains on the device until it is overwritten, the app’s storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled, subject to possible operating-system backup and restore.
Apple and Google control retention and deletion for information they process through their accounts and platform services. Their account and privacy controls provide the applicable options.
Contact messages submitted through Netlify Forms may remain in Netlify’s submissions interface and, if email notifications are enabled, in the CatsStartingWars mailbox that receives the notification. CatsStartingWars has not set a fixed retention period for support and contact messages. You may contact us to ask about or request deletion of a message. We will evaluate the request based on where the message is stored and any applicable obligations.
8. Security
CatsStartingWars limits the current game’s data flow by keeping game progress local and by not operating a DilloDash account or gameplay-data server. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children’s privacy
DilloDash does not currently contain an age gate, parental-consent flow, child-specific advertising treatment, or a CatsStartingWars player account.
A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information through the support form may contact us at the address below to ask about or request deletion of that information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when DilloDash or the website changes, including if a release adds or materially changes advertising, analytics, purchases, accounts, cloud services, social features, sensitive permissions, or third-party SDKs. The “Last updated” date identifies the most recent revision.
